This is a 3.5 mile easy walk through Wharton State Forest, along the river and sandy trails to quiet the mind and pay attention to the signs being given. Learn to "Talk" to a tree. Ask, then listen with your heart.

At the end of our walk we'll discuss the signs received and the meanings of these metaphors, based on the book by Ted Andrews, Nature Speak.
