Pine Barren Meditation Hike

You need a nature fix! Scientific studies have proven that spending time in nature is highly therapeutic for the body and mind.
Take a journey into the wild to go within.

Venture into the Pine Barrens of Wharton State Forest with Audrey as your guide to hike an easy 4 mile scenic trail. Then rest along the river surrounded by nature as you are guided through a meditation to relax the body, calm the chattrering mind and soothe the soul to connect with a deeper sense of yourself to find the peace and quiet within.

Leave with a quiet mind, feeling more peacefully relaxed and rejuvenated.

What to bring:

Water, snack, journal & pen, bug spray, camera (optional)

What to wear:

Loose comfortable clothing, light jacket or sweatshirt, sneakers or hiking shoe.
