Range of motion movements with spine in supported position. Lying on a massage table fully clothed, the therapist moves the body into stretch positions to help break up fascia restrictions due to injury or sedentary lifestyle in order to gain flexibility and improve range of motion and decrease pain.
CORPORATE CHAIR MASSAGE $75/1HR
Give your clients, employees or staff a special thank you. A 10 minute chair massage will reduce stress and improve circulation which will enhance work performance and concentration.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE - $120/90 Min.
A 90 minute treatment focusing on relieving pain due to tight musculature and restricted fascia (gel like covering over all muscles and tissue).
Slow strokes with sustained pressure and slight stretch allows the body to respond in its own time.
SWEDISH MASSAGE - $75.00/1 HR
Light pressure helps promote relaxation and stimulate circulation.

Similar to therapeutic massage but less emphasis on relaxation and more on lengthening to release holding pain patterns of deeper muscles.

A Japanese technique of "Laying on of hands" for healing and stress release. Aids in unblocking Ki (life force) energy. It is a safe, effective method that works to balance the subtle energies within the body. Reiki addresses all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Couple Reiki helps partners become more in tune with one another spiritually, physically and mentally. It’s like couples therapy without the talking. It helps to reconnect and deepen the romantic relationship, facilitating communication and harmony, strengthening the bond or helping to rekindle the spark.
